THE COURT DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                        ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a

memo seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the

appeal on the ground that the matter has been settled

between the parties in view of the compromise petition

filed in M.C.No.71/2022 and in view of the settlement, the

respondent has received a sum of Rs.17,00,000/- as full

and final settlement of her claim for maintenance for life

and the petitions are closed on 07.03.2023. In view of the

said memo, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Registry is directed to refund the Court fee, if any, in

accordance with law.
