O.S.No.20/2012 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil
Judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ranebennur,
partly decreeing the suit filed for partition and separate
possession.

ORDER
Sri. Dinesh M.Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the
appellants seeks leave to place on record a memo for
dismissal of the appeal.
The memo is taken on record.
It is stated that the parties have amicably settled the
dispute in F.D.P. No.15/2017. If the parties have settled the
dispute, the appeal would not survive for consideration and
therefore, the appeal is dismissed.
