ORDER
On 31.3.2022 and 7.6.2022, appellant's
counsel was absent. Today also he is absent and
respondent's counsel is present. The continuous
absence shows that appellant is not interested.
This is an appeal arising from acquittal judgment.
Therefore appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
