       This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section
397(1) read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. praying to Call for the
records from the courts below the same and set aside the order
and judgment passed by the Hon'ble XVI Addl. Chief
Metropolitan Magistrate at Bangalore in C.C.No.16536/2011
dated 22-2-2016 and also the judgment and order dated 12-11-
2019 passed in Crl.A.No.327/2016 by LXIII Addl. City Civil and
Sessions Judge, Bangalore (CCH No.64) and consequently
dismiss the complaint filed by the respondent against the
petitioner under Section 138 of NI Act in the interest of justice

and to allow this petition with costs and such other relief/reliefs
as may be granted in the circumstances of the case in the
interest of justice and equity.

      This Criminal Revision Petition is coming on for Orders
through Physical Hearing/Video Conferencing Hearing, this day
the Court made the following:

                              ORDER

None appear in this matter either physically or

through Video Conference.

2. In spite of granting several and sufficient

opportunities of not less than four times and even after

imposing a cost of `1,000/-, the petitioner has neither

complied the office objections nor paid the cost. No

reasons are forthcoming for non-appearance of learned

counsel for the petitioner, as well for non-compliance of

office objections.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Petition stands

dismissed for non-prosecution, as well for non-compliance

of office objections.
