      This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14A of the
Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act 1989 r/w Section 438 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure 1973, praying to allow this appeal and
set-aside the order dated 10.02.2022 passed in Criminal
Misc.No.54/2022 on the file of Sessions Judge at Yadgiri,
the certified copy of which is at Annexure-C and direct
respondent No.1 herein to enlarge the accused
No.2/appellant on bail, in the event of his arrest in Crime
No.12/2022 registered by Gurmatkal Police, Yadgiri for the
alleged offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504,
506, 34 of I.P.C. and under Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s),
3(2)(v-a) of Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribe (Prevention
of Atrocities) Act, 1989, pending before District and
Sessions Court, Yadgiri forthwith and

      This appeal coming on for Admission, this day, the
Court delivered the following:

                     JUDGMENT

After addressing the arguments for some time,

learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to

withdraw the appeal. His submission is placed on record.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
