THIS CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION COMING ON FOR
ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                            ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner on the previous date of

occasion took time on the ground that file is not with her. On

perusal of the order sheet, it is seen that on 03.03.2022, there

was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, inspite of the

fact that matter is repeatedly listed for admission. However, this

Court granted one more opportunity to the learned counsel for

the petitioner.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner

even today. The matter is called twice in the morning and also

in the afternoon. Hence, it appears that the learned counsel for

the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, the criminal revision petition is dismissed for

non-prosecution, since the same is not admitted.
