Judgment of the Hon'ble Princip al Senior Civil Judge,
Mysore   in   LAC   No.265/2009,   d ated   24.04.2010     by
allowing this appeal, and etc,.

     This MFA coming on for orders through video
conference this d ay, the Court made the following:

                         ORDER

The appellant's counsel prays for time to

attend to the office objections. On 28.02.2020, an

order was passed to the effect that if office

objections are not cleared within two weeks from

that day, the appeal will be listed for dismissal.

Since then office objections have not been

removed. Prayer for adjournment cannot be

entertained. Therefore appeal is dismissed.
