     This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Sections
397(1) and 401 of Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records of the
Court below and set aside the judgment dated 31.07.2019, in
                                                 Crl.R.P.No.284/2020

Criminal Appeal No.889/2017 on the file of the LXVIII Addl.City
Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City (CCH-69) and also set
aside the judgment dated 10.04.2017 passed by the XXII
Addl.Chief   Metropolitan   Magistrate,   Bengaluru   City   in
C.C.No.27148/2016.

      This Criminal Revision Petition is coming on for Orders
through Physical Hearing/Video Conferencing Hearing, this day
the Court made the following:

                             ORDER

None appear in this matter either physically or

through Video Conference.

In this petition of the year 2020, in spite of granting

several opportunities, even as finally, the petitioners have

not complied the office objections nor the learned counsel

for the petitioners has shown any reason for his

non-appearance today.

As such, the Criminal Revision Petition stands

dismissed for non-compliance of office objections, as well

as for non-prosecution.
