On 23rd August, 2021, a week's time was granted to

comply with office objections making it clear that if the office

objections are not complied with, to list the matter for dismissal

on 30th August, 2021. Again when the matter was listed on

31st August, 2021, at the request of the learned counsel for the

petitioner, a week's time was granted to comply with office

objections, failing which the matter may be listed for dismissal.

Today the matter is listed for Orders and the office objections

are not complied with. Accordingly, this Revision Petition

stands dismissed in terms of the order dated 31st August, 2021.
