This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the
Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ, order or direction in nature of
certiorari, quashing Annexure-F viz., the order dated 20.02.2018 in OS
No.114/2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.) & CJM Chittapur.
Further direct the defendant / respondent to register the partition deed
dated 07.05.2002 and etc.
This petition coming on for preliminary hearing in 'B' Group this
day, the Court made the following:

ORDER
In view of the dismissal of O.S.No.114/2014 out of
which the present petition arises, by judgment and decree
dated 19.08.2021, the present petition has been rendered
infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having
become infructuous.
