aside the judgment and order of the LXII Additional
City Civil and Sessions Judge, Beng aluru (CCH-63) in
Crl.A.No.1064/2018 and the jud gment and ord er of
conviction and fine imposed by the XV ACMM,
Beng aluru vid e judgment d ated 11.05.2018 passed in
C.C.No.43/2015.

stating that the matter has been settled amicably
