      This miscellaneous first appeal is filed under Section
173(1) of M.V.Act, against the judgment and award dated
18.05.2021 passed in MVC No.1251/2019 on the file of the VI
Addl. District & Sessions Judge & Addl. MACT, Belagavi, partly
allowing the claim petition for compensation and seeking
enhancement of compensation.

       This appeal coming on for Orders, this day the Court
delivered the following:-

                           JUDGMENT

1. Learned Counsel for the appellants has filed a memo

dated 18.01.2022 which has been signed by the

appellants. It is stated in the memo that the appellants

are not interested to prosecute the appeal further, and

therefore, they have sought permission of this Court to

withdraw the appeal.

2. The memo is taken on record. Appeal is dismissed

as withdrawn.
