2. This petition has been filed seeking review of

the Judgment dated 23.07.2021 passed by this Court in

MFA.No.162/2021.

3. After hearing the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner and in the considered opinion of this

Court, Judgment does not suffer from any judicial

Jurisdictional error nor any error apparent on the face of

the record warranting interference of this Court in

exercising power in review petition.

In the result, review petition fails and hereby

dismissed.
