R/W SECTION 114 OF CPC, PRAYING TO REVIEW THE JUDGMENT
DATED 27/01/2020 IN MFA NO. 3850/2014 (MV-1) ON THE FILE
OF THIS HON'BLE COURT AND ENHANCE THE COMPENSATION AS
PRAYED FOR IN THE MFA IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE AND
EQUITY.

     THIS R.P. COMING ON FOR ADMISSION,              THIS DAY,
ALOK ARADHE J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:



                           ORDER

Perused the record.

This petition has been filed seeking review of the

judgment dated 27.01.2020 passed in

M.F.A.No.3850/2014. This court in para 6 of the

aforesaid judgment has recorded a finding that the

appellant has sustained permanent disability to the

extent of 23%. However, in para 7 of the judgment on

account of typographical error an amount of

Rs.8,69,400/- has been mentioned. It is therefore,

directed that in last but one line in para 7 of the

aforesaid judgment, the figure Rs.8,69,400/- shall be

substituted by Rs.9,98,810/-. Similarly, the figure

Rs.5,175/- shall be substituted by Rs.5,951/- and the

figure Rs.62,100/- in eighth line shall be substituted by

Rs.71,145/-. This order shall be read in conjunction with

the order dated 27.01.2020 passed in MFA

No.3850/2014.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
