This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under
Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C. p raying to set
aside the impug ned judgment dated 21.11.2015 in
Crl.A.No.1414/2014 on the file of LXVI Additional City
Civil and Sessions Judge, CCH-67 at Beng aluru City
and consequently set aside the impugned judg ment
dated 14.11.2014 in C.C.No.5790/2007 on the file of
the XV A.C.M.M., Bengaluru City.
This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for

ORDER
Counsel for the petitioner wants to produce
the death certificate of the petitioner. Anyway,
the fact that the petitioner died on 23.2.2021 is
not disputed. The petitioner is the accused. In
this view, petition stands abated.
