                            JUDGMENT

Sri C Shankar Reddy, learned advocate for the appellant

submits that sole appellant has passed away on 09.03.2018.

Applications to bring legal representatives of deceased appellant

on record, to condone the delay and to set aside abatement have

been filed by Sri K.S.Harish, learned advocate and he is not

appearing. Accordingly, Sri C Shankar Reddy submits that he

may be permitted to retire.

2. Office note shows that said applications have been

filed through Sri K.S.Harish, Advocate on 07.09.2018 and they

are still pending. There is no representation on behalf of Sri

K.S.Harish.

3. This appeal has stood abated and no further orders

are required.
