     This     Criminal   Revision        Petition   is   filed   under
Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C., praying to set
aside the order of conviction and fine imposed by
Learned       XVIII      Additional         Chief        Metropolitan
Magistrate,       Beng aluru       vid e       judgment           dated
03.06.2019 passed in C.C.No.26942/2017 and further
be pleased to set asid e the judgment confirmed by the
Learned LVI Add itional City Civil and Sessions Judge,
Beng aluru in the Crl.A.No.1444/2019 vide judgment
dated 14.11.2019 and further be pleased to acquit the
petitioner.

     This Criminal       Revision        Petition   coming       on   for
admission this d ay, the Court made the following:

                            ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.

Counsel for the respondent is present. Even on

the last date also, the petitioner's counsel was

absent.

Since the revision petition is not argued for

admission, it is dismissed.
