     This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under
Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C., praying to set
aside the common judgment dated 30.10.2019 p assed
by the LXVIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge
(CCH-69), Bengaluru in Crl.A.No.558/2017 and same
was confirmed by the judgment d ated 21.03.2017
passed    by   the    XXV    ACMM.,     Bengaluru   in
C.C.No.14858/2009 for the reasons stated above.

    This Criminal Revision Petition coming on                      for
orders this d ay, the Court mad e the following:

                          ORDER

Counsel for the petitioners files a memo

seeking permission to withdraw this petition. It is

stated that the second petitioner, namely,

Govardhan Mimani, has passed away and that the

entire fine amount deposited by the petitioners

has already been withdrawn by the respondent and

in this view, this petition does not survive for

consideration. Therefore memo is placed on

record. Revision Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.
