04.08.2014 passed in R.A.No.5/2014 on the file of the
Senior Civil Judge, Belur, allowing the appeal and setting
aside the judgment and decree dated 25.01.2014 passed
in O.S.No.57/2008 on the file of the Additional Civil Judge
and JMFC, Belur.
This appeal coming on for admission this day, the
court delivered the following:
JUDGMENT
Sri Krishnamoorthy D., learned counsel appearing for
the appellants and Sri D.G.Chinnapa Gowda, learned
counsel for the respondent submit that the matter is
amicably resolved between the parties, as such nothing
survives for consideration in this matter.
Said submissions are placed on record.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as having
