                     JUDGMENT

We have heard the learned counsel

Sri.Anantharam.T.S., for the appellant and the learned

Senior Counsel Sri.S.N.Murthy, for the respondent.

2. After arguing the matter for some time,

learned counsel for the appellant sought liberty to move

the learned Single Judge for an expeditious hearing of

the Writ Petition.

3. Learned Senior Counsel has no objections

for the same.

4. If the learned counsel for the appellant

makes a submission for expeditious hearing of the

petition, the same may be considered by the learned

Single Judge.

Subject to the aforesaid observations, Writ Appeal

stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of the main appeal, all the

pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
