THIS CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION COMING ON FOR
ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                          ORDER

This Court on an earlier order dated 22.03.2022,

noted down the cost imposed earlier and also the learned

counsel for the petitioner was not showing any interest in

pursuing the matter. However, one more opportunity was

given to prosecute the matter and also made it clear that,

failing which, the petition will be dismissed for non-

prosecution.

Though this matter called twice both in the morning

session as well as in the afternoon session, there is no

representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the

petitioner. Hence, it is clear that the learned counsel for the

petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. The

matter is not admitted. Hence, the petition is dismissed for

non-prosecution.
