This Writ Appeal is filed under Section 4 of the High
Courts Act, praying to allow the above writ appeal and set
aside the impugned order dt.02.03.2000 passed by learned
Single Judge in W.P.No.30682/1993 & consequently set

aside the impugned order (Annexure-B) dt.02.10.1981
passed by Respondent No.1.
This appeal coming on for orders this day,
S.G.Pandit, J., delivered the following:
JUDGMENT
This appeal was heard and reserved for judgment
on 01.07.2021. Before pronouncing the judgment, the
learned counsel for the appellant has filed memo dated
08.07.2021 informing the Court that the sole appellant
died about three months back and as such the writ
appeal abates.
In that view of the matter, the order dated
01.07.2021 is recalled and the appeal is dismissed as
abated.
