24.05.2018 passed by the XIX A.C.M.M., Bangalore in
C.C.No.8611/2016- acquitting the respondent/accused for
the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I.Act.
This Criminal Appeal coming on for orders this day,
the court made the following:

ORDER
The order sheet dated 16.2.2021 shows that two
weeks time was given to the appellant's counsel as a
last chance for complying with the office objections.
Appellant's counsel is absent today. Office objections
are not complied with in spite of giving sufficient time.
Therefore appeal is dismissed.
