03/ 25.03.2026:      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State

and learned counsel for the respondent-JSSC.

2. By filing this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for appointment on the post of Sahayak Acharya (Class VI to VIII).

3. So far as the petitioner No.2 is concerned, at the very outset it has been submitted that he has been given appointment letter.

4. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner No.2 is redressed.

5. So far as the petitioner Nos.3 and 4 is concerned, counsel submits that the last selected candidate has obtained more marks than these two petitioners.

6. Considering the same, no relief can be granted to the petitioner No.2 and 3 at this stage.

7. It is admitted that since the process of appointment is continuing, in future if any candidates in the category and subject of the petitioners obtained lesser marks is recommended for appointment, the petitioners will approach the respondent-JSSC for appropriate relief and in that event the respondent- JSSC will pass an appropriate order.

8. So far as petitioner No.1 is concerned, it has been submitted that even though petitioner No.1 has obtained more marks than the last selected candidate but she has not submitted the requisite caste certificate in BC-II category within the time frame fixed.

9. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner No.1 is directed to approach before the respondent-JSSC with her grievance, who will consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and also communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

10. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
