For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Advocate For the State : Mr. J.F. Toppo, GA-V Mr. Neil Abhijit Toppo, AC to GA-V Mr. Anuj Burman, AC to GA-IV .........

06 /11.03.2026: I.A. No. 3198 of 2026 and I.A. No. 3197 of 2026 The petitioner by filing these interlocutory applications wants to amend para 1 and the prayer portion of the writ petitions. He submits that the original order of punishment also needs to be challenged in these writ petitions which infact has been left out due to inadvertence, though the petitioners have already challenged the appellate order.

2. The learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

3. Considering the said submission, I am of the opinion that it is necessary to amend the writ petitions as prayed for in these interlocutory applications.

4. The petitioners are directed to file amended writ petitions incorporating the amendment.

5. Accordingly, both these interlocutory applications are disposed of.
