04/09.03.2026              Learned counsel for the State is directed to get served the

notice of this Bail Application upon the guardian of the victim girl through Superintendent of Police, Chatra in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and also vide Notification No. 23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 issued by the High Court of Jharkhand and shall file an affidavit regarding service of notice upon the guardian of the victim girl.

2. Learned counsel for the State is directed to produce the neatly typed copy of the case diary and the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS and the medical report of the victim girl.

3. Learned counsel for the State seeks permission to file counter affidavit.

4. Put up this case after four weeks.

5. In the meantime, learned counsel for the State is permitted to file counter affidavit.

6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the office of Superintendent of Police, Chatra by FAX and be also handed over to the learned counsel for the State for the needful.
