2. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served notice of this Criminal appeal upon the victim girl "X" through the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and Notification No.23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file an affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the victim girl "X".

3. Learned A.P.P. is further directed to produce the neatly typed copy of the Case Diary alongwith the Medical Report and the statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of BNSS.

4. Put up this case on 16th February 2026.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi by FAX and be also handed over to the learned A.P.P for the needful. .
