Heard both the sides.

The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody since 07.08.2025 in connection with S.T. No.718 of 2025 (arising out of Sikidiri P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025) for the offence registered under Sections 69, 89, 115(2), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S., 2023.

As per the FIR, it is alleged that in the month of December, 2024, petitioner is said to have established physical relationship with the informant forcibly on a false promise of marriage and consensual relationship continued on such promise.

It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that victim/ lady is about 25 years old and the petitioner is 21 years old and there was consensual relationship between them. Further, there is delay of about 8 months in lodging the FIR.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that the petitioner had also administered medicine for termination of pregnancy.

Relationship appears to be consensual. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
