th 03/Dated:30 January, 2026 Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submitted that the order passed by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2025 in W.P.(S) No.1877 of 2020 has been complied with and the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Government of Jharkhand- O.P. No.2 has passed reasoned order vide order dated 02.12.2025 by disposing of the representation filed by the petitioner.

2. It is submitted that even the opposite parties has paid a sum of Rs.94,919/- to the petitioner which relates to salary for the period September, 2003 to May, 2004.

3. It has been clarified that after giving the benefits of A.C.P and M.A.C.P to the petitioner, the pension of the petitioner and other financial benefits will be revised.

4. This Court finds that the order passed by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2025 in W.P.(S) No.1877 of 2020 has been complied with.

5. Accordingly, the Cont. Case (Civil) No.1416 of 2025 is, hereby, dropped.

6. However, if any grievance remained pending, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.
