1. The applicant who is in custody since 21.02.2023 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No.10 of 2023 arising out of Patraru (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No.19 of 2023, for the offence under Section 376(AB) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh.

2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.

3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected twice on merit vide order dated 25.01.2024 passed in B.A. No.11139 of 2023 and vide order dated 12.02.2025 passed in B.A. No.317 of 2025. This is the third attempt.

Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that all the witnesses have already been examined and direction may be given to the trial court to expedite the trial.

4. In view of above submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application stands disposed of giving liberty to the applicant to pursue his case for early disposal.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present bail application stands disposed of.
