1. Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 1113 of 2017 and Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 1174 of 2017 are arising out of one and same judgment in S.T. Case No. 79 of 2006.

2. In S.T. Case No. 79 of 2006, eight accused persons have been convicted by the Sessions Court. Against the said conviction, six appellants preferred an appeal being Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 1113 of 2017 and two of the convicts preferred an appeal being Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 1174 of 2017.

3. Let these appeals be listed together on 16th February, 2026.

4. Office is to ensure the name of Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned Spl. P.P. for the State be reflected in the cause list in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 1113 of 2017.

5. Office is further directed to ensure the name of Mr. Saket Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State be reflected in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 1174 of 2017.

6. Let whereabouts of the appellants be called for from the concerned Police Station.
