Learned counsel representing the respondent - State

submits that pursuant to the judgment passed by the Hon'ble

Supreme Court, all the appointed person who were appointed in the

District of Palamu, pursuant to Advertisement No.01/2010, are

supposed to be removed from service. He submits that he will

produce the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court by Tuesday i.e.

20.01.2026.

2. The respondents are directed to file the counter affidavit.

3. List this case along with W.P.(S) No.4466 of 2025, on

20.01.2026, under the heading "Orders".
