1. Admit.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead victim girl X as Respondent No.2 by red ink in course of the day in this case.

3. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Appeal upon the guardian/legal guardian of victim girl "X" through the Superintendent of Police, Chatra, in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and Notification No.23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file an affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the Guardian of victim girl "X".

4. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Records.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Office of Superintendent of Police, Chatra by FAX and be also handed over to the learned A.P.P for the needful.

6. Put up this case after four weeks.
