06/ 05.02.2026: Today is the last date of filling up of the forms.

2. Petitioners in these writ petitions claim relaxation of age as the Advertisement No. 08/2025 being Jharkhand Intermediate & Graduate Trained Special Education Assistant Teacher Combined Competitive Examination (JIGTSEATCCE-2025) for the post of Special Education Assistant Teacher, which the respondents are seeking to fill- up has been published for the first time after a very long period.

3. Considering the peculiar nature of the case when this post which has sought to be filled up is published for the first time and as the dispute was running since 2016 and ultimately, by the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court the process is being continued, I direct the respondent-JSSC to accept the Off-line application of these petitioners only till today. Since, today is the last date for filling up the forms, by any chance the last date of filling up of the form should not be extended. These petitioners will be allowed to sit in the examination.

4. It is made clear that in the Off-line form, if there are some discrepancies, the respondents will allow these petitioners to correct the same within a week, but the main form should be submitted by today itself.

5. Let a copy of this order be handed over to Ms. Pinky Tiwary, AC to learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State, Mr. Sanjoy Piprawall, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-JSSC and Mr. Subham Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

6. Respondents are directed to file counter affidavit.

7. List these cases after eight weeks.

8. The result of the petitioners will not be declared without the leave of this Court. Further, these petitioners will not claim any equity. Allowing them to participate in the examination cannot be construed that they are qualified candidates.
