02/ 04.02.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection

with Potka P.S. Case No.64 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 189(1),

189(2), 190, 132, 127(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of

learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to

road accident, the agitation was being made by 40-50 persons and there are

general and omnibus allegations of blocking the road against these

petitioners and others. He further submits that the petitioners have got no

criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 13 of the petition and co-accused

has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 40 of 2026.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and

submits that allegations are there of blocking the road.

5. Considering that due to road accident, the agitation was being

made by 40 to 50 persons, the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent

as disclosed in Para 13 of the petition and co-accused has been granted ( 2026:JHHC:2862 )

anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail

to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to

surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of

receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five

Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the

satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, in

connection with Potka P.S. Case No.64 of 2025, subject to the condition as

laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
