Order No.02 / Dated : 03.02.2026 Bail petition filed on behalf of the petitioners- Vikash Kumar Verma and Chandan Verma, who are in custody since 10.10.2025 in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 311 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 303(2) and 324(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, is pressed into motion.

As per the FIR, three batteries of tankers were stolen by unidentified person. During investigation, stolen batteries were recovered on the disclosure statement made by these petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioners that save and except disclosure statement, there is no material against them and they have no criminal antecedents.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
