11/ 12.02.2026: Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during
pendency of this writ petition, the respondents have introduced a new
Jail Manual, 2025. She submits that as per the provision of the said
Manual, the promotional avenue of these petitioners are affected. She
further submits that she wants to challenge several provisions of the
Jail Manual.
2. Considering the said submission, I allow the petitioner to
withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh application.
3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
4. I.A. No.9549 of 2025 also stands disposed of.
