This interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer for early hearing of this criminal miscellaneous petition.
Since, hearing of this criminal miscellaneous petition is taken up today, hence, this interlocutory application is disposed of being infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time. Perusal of the record reveals that earlier time was allowed to the petitioner as the last chance.
Prayer for time is allowed subject to deposit of Rs.1,000/- by the petitioner with Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JHALSA) within a week, failing which, this criminal miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
If the proof of deposit of Rs.1,000/- with JHALSA by the petitioner is filed within a week, list this criminal miscellaneous petition after a week.
