02/13.04.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2025 in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 106 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)F/65(2)/115(2)/352 of B.N.S. 2023 and section 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned AJC-IV cum Spl. Judge POCSO at Ranchi.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner happens to be the landlord and informant is the tenant and there is dispute between the parties which has become the reason for false allegation.
4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that mother of the victim is the eye witness to the occurrence. The learned counsel has also submitted that as per the impugned order itself, 3 out of 6 witnesses have already been examined as on 21.01.2026.
5. To this, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that witnesses so examined have not fully supported the prosecution case, however, the next date in the trial is 21.04.2026.
6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner and that the trial is at advance stage, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner above named is rejected.

7. However, the State is directed to promptly produce remaining witnesses before the court and as pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the next date is on 21.04.2026.
8. The learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the Director, Prosecution and also to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned District to ensure compliance.
9. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned through FAX/e-mail.
