I.A No. 16779 of 2025 in W.P.(S) No. 4868 of 2025 This interlocutory application has been filed to detag W.P.(S) No. 4851 of 2025 from the instant batch case.

Looking to the averments made in this application, I.A No. 16779 of 2025 is allowed and W.P.(S) No. 4851 of 2025 is detagged from the instant batch case.

Let this case be listed along with W.P.(S) No. 5156 of 2024, W.P.(S) No. 4210 of 2024, W.P.(S) No. 4305 of 2024, W.P.(S) No. 4641 of 2025, W.P.(S) No. 5840 of 2025, W.P.(S) No. 3579 of 2025 and W.P.(S) No. 3473 of 2025 on 05.05.2026.

It appears that the issue involved in this writ application is covered by the order passed in W.P.(S) No. 3337 of 2025. Though the said order

has been assailed by the respondents before the Division Bench in L.P.A No.510 of 2025 but no stay has been granted.

Learned counsel for the respondents prays and is allowed two weeks' time to seek instruction in the matter and file counter affidavit, if so advised.

Accordingly, list this case on 04.05.2026. Till the next date of hearing, the respondents may proceed with the process of appointment keeping the seats reserved for the petitioners subject to the final outcome of this writ application.

It is made clear that the order of keeping the seats reserved is passed in view of the assurance made by the learned counsel for the appellants in L.P.A No. 510 of 2025 that there are several vacancies to accommodate the private respondents.
