02/17.09.2025 The writ petition has been filed for execution of the decree dated 25.01.2023 passed in connection with Civil appeal No. 58 of 2019, which was allowed in favour of the petitioner vide judgment dated 16.01.2023 by the court of learned District Judge-IV, Jamshedpur.

2. There is an alternative and only remedy i.e., by filing execution proceeding.

3. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
