06/ 17.09.2025: This revision petition has been filed against the
judgment dated 08.04.2022 passed by learned Special Judge (Children's
Court), Gumla, in Criminal Appeal Case No. 10 of 2022, arising out of Gumla
P.S. Case No. 429 of 2020 (G.R. Spt. No. 126/2021) whereby prayer for bail
has been rejected, pending in the Court of learned Principal Magistrate,
Juvenile Justice Board, Gumla.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has
been convicted and in view of that this petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the State accepts the said submission.
4. Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
