05/ 17.09.2025: This revision petition has been filed against the

judgment dated 21.03.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-

Khunti in Criminal Appeal No. 04 of 2022, arising out of Jariyagarh P.S. Case

No. 13/2020, G.R. Case No. 578/2020, whereby prayer for bail has been

rejected, pending in the Court of learned Juvenile Justice Board, Khunti.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has

been acquitted and in view of that this petition has become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the State accepts the said submission.

4. Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
