23/09.09.2025 Let a report be called for from the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Gumla as to the fate of the co-accused Prakash Singh who was subsequently apprehended and as per the learned counsel for the appellant, on instruction, he was convicted in connection with Palkot P. S. Case No. 36 of 2002 corresponding to G. R. No. 727 of 2002.
