02/ 09.09.2025: The matter relates to Bokaro Gumla P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, pending in the Court learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned court on the strength of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.

4. In view of above facts, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
