Order No: 05/Dated: 02.09.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

authorities concerned are mis-interpreting the judgment passed by

this Court in W.P.(S) No. 4486 of 2019 on 07.12.2024 and also

wrongly treating the petitioner as Matric Un-trained Teacher

instead of Matric Trained Teacher.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties prays for time to

seek instruction and submitted that the G.P.F and Group Insurance

have already been paid to the petitioner and the remaining amount

will also be paid shortly.

3. On the request made by the learned counsel for the

opposite parties, put up this case on 12th September 2025.
