nd Order No.02/2 September 2025 I.A. No.11757 of 2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the

appellant by challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence

dated 05.08.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Koderma

in S.T. Case No.124 of 2023 in connection with Markacho

P.S. Case No.23/2023 by which the appellant has been convicted

for the offences under Sections 10 of the Prohibition of Child

Marriage Act and Section 120B of IPC and sentenced to undergo

R.I. for two years and R.I. for two years.

2. I.A. No.11757 of 2025 has been filed for confirmation of

provisional bail which has been granted by the learned Trial Court

to the appellant vide order dated 06.08.2025 for the period of thirty

(30) days.

3. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to

the appellant namely Bikram Pandey @ Vikram Pandey by the

learned Trial Court below vide order dated 06.08.2025 for the

period of thirty (30) days is hereby confirmed.

4. Thus, this I.A. No.11757 of 2025 is allowed and stands

disposed of.

5. Admit.

6. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court

Records from learned Court below.

7. Office is directed to issue notice to the Informant by
