18/17.10.2025 This matter has been listed at the instance of the office pointing out that in order dated 18.09.2025 the name of appellant no. 1(i) has been mentioned as 'Sunita Devi' although it ought to have been 'Sumitra Devi'.

2. The learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that the correct name is 'Sumitra Devi'.

3. Considering the records and the submissions, the name of appellant no. 1(i) in the judgment dated 18.09.2025 is directed to be read as 'Sumitra Devi' instead of 'Sunita Devi'.

4. Office is directed to carry out necessary correction in the judgment dated 18.09.2025.
