02/17.10.2025 This Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 898 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the appellants challenging the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence dated 26.09.2025 passed by Md. S. M. Shahzad, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chatra in connection with Itkhori P. S. Case No. 58 of 2020 corresponding to S. T. No. 155 of 2022 by which the appellants have been convicted for the offences under Section 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo S. I. for a period of six (6) months for the offences under Section 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code

2. I. A. No. 14160 of 2025 has been filed under Section 430 (1) of the BNSS, 2023 on behalf of the appellants for confirmation of Provisional Bail granted by the learned Court below on 26.09.2025 till 26.10.2025.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Under the circumstances, provisional bail granted to the appellants by the Md. S. M. Shahzad, learned Additional Sessions

Judge-I, Chatra in connection with Itkhori P. S. Case No. 58 of 2020 corresponding to S. T. No. 155 of 2022 is confirmed.

5. I. A. No. 14160 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.

6. Admit.

7. Call for the scanned copy of the Lower Court Records.

8. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to implead the Informant as respondent no. 2 in course of the day.

9. Issue notice to the newly added respondent no. 2 under registered cover with A/D and ordinary process and for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks after Diwali Vacation, failing which, this Criminal Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
