04/16.10.2025 The matter relates to Majhiaon P.S. Case No.138/2020, pending in the

Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Garhwa.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the

learned Court on the strength of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau

of Investigation & another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
